By creating an account or using VendorLair (vendorlair.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. VendorLair is operated by Emre Polat, an individual based in Berlin, Germany (Claudiusstraße, 10557 Berlin). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
VendorLair is a web-based vendor relationship management tool that allows businesses and individuals to track, rate, and manage their vendor relationships. The service is available via a free plan and a paid Pro plan.
The free plan allows you to store up to 10 vendors at no cost. The Pro plan provides unlimited vendors and is billed at $3 USD per month.
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into VendorLair. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your vendor records, contact information, or notes.
Vendor data usage: By using VendorLair, you grant us a licence to use, aggregate, and analyze the vendor data you enter (such as vendor names, websites, categories, locations, and ratings) in anonymized and aggregated form, for the purpose of improving the service, conducting market research, and producing industry insights and benchmarks. This data is always anonymized and aggregated — it is never linked to your account, your company, or any personal information, and it is never sold or shared in a form that could identify you or your business. We do not access, use, or disclose the personal contact details or private notes you store for your individual vendors.
You can export all your vendor data at any time using the CSV export feature in the dashboard.
You agree not to use VendorLair to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep VendorLair available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
VendorLair is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emre Polat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of VendorLair shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through our contact form. Upon deletion, your personal data and vendor records will be removed within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VendorLair shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing users of material changes by email. Continued use of VendorLair after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
